Hi, I’m Ania
I’m 48 years old, a certified personal trainer, and a perimenopause and menopause coach. I’ve been navigating perimenopause for nearly a decade—long before I even knew what it was. Like many women, I was doing everything I was “supposed” to do, yet my body wasn’t responding the way it used to. That experience didn’t confuse me—it pushed me to learn more, dig deeper, and coach differently.
I built PeachyFit in 2021 to be a smarter, safer place for women to train.
I work primarily with women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want to stay strong, capable, and independent—not chase bikini bodies or quick fixes. We train for our future bodies. Strength, balance, mobility, and confidence matter more than aesthetics alone.
Fitness isn’t a phase. It’s a lifestyle.

30-Minutes on Zoom every: Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday at 7:00 AM, and 12:15 PM EST
&
30-Minutes on Zoom: 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month at 8:30 AM EST
